Appointments
To ensure that the least amount of your time is spent waiting and an adequate amount of time allotted for our veterinarians to assess your pet, our clinic operates by appointment. While walk-ins are accepted, a phone call to 912-537-1069 to set up an appointment is appreciated. Our goal is to see patients when the appointment is scheduled. Occasionally the schedule time gets delayed due to unforeseen emergencies and we hope you understand these situations. You may also drop your pet off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. Please leave contact phone number where we may reach you with any questions we may have. Also please describe your problem or needs completely so we do not miss anything.
Finance/Insurance
Payment is required at the time services are rendered. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Cash and personal checks. Checks are electronically processed. You can go to www.carecredit.com to apply for carecredit or we can apply for you just let us know. Feel free to contact us for more information. We will discuss your payment options with you on an individual basis.
Office Hours
Our office hours are Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. If you have an after hour emergency dial the office number (912-537-1069) and you will be transferred to the emergency line.
